Procedures:

Preheat oven to 350.

Peel onions and cut un half crosswise.

Place onion halves, cut side up, in a casserole dish.

Mix ingredients; stir well.

Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes, covered.

If it seems too dry, add a little more water.
