Ingredients:
1 Rutabaga [2 lb]
2 tbspLiquid honey
2 tbspButter
2 tbspWhisky [optl]
1 tspOrange rind, grated
Salt
Pepper
Procedures:
1Peel and cut rutabaga in 1 x ?inch cubes.
2In large saucepan, pour enough cold water over rutabaga to cover by 1-?inches; bring to boil.
3Reduce heat to medium; cook for about 20 minutes or until tender.
4Drain in colander.
5rinse and dry pan; cook honey, butter, whiskey and orange rind over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until thickened and syrupy.
6Add rutabaga; gently toss to coat well and heat through.
7Add salt and pepper to taste.
