Ingredients:
12 xWhole tiny New Potatoes
2 tbspOlive oil or margarine, melte
4 xMed Carrots *
1/4 tbspRosemary or Thyme, crushed
Procedures:
1* bias-sliced into 1 inch pieces (2 cups)
2place a steamer basket in a large saucepan.
3Add water to just below basket.
4Bring water to boiling.
5Meanwhile, peel a strip around the center of each new potato.
6Add potatoes and carrots to steamer basket.
7Cover and steam for 20-25 minutes or till vegetables are tender.
8Remove veggies from steamer and place in serving bowl.
9Sprinkle with oil or melted margarine and rosemary or thyme.
10Toss lightly to coat.
