| 2 | Herbed cauliflower bake |
| 3 | cook cauliflower; drain. |
| 4 | Melt margarine in a skillet. |
| 5 | Add onions and celery, cook until tender, about 10 minutes. |
| 6 | Remove from heat and stir in broth mix, poultry seasoning and sage. |
| 7 | Preheat oven to 350°F. |
| 8 | Dice cauliflower. |
| 9 | Add onion mixture, drained mushrooms, salt and pepper and mix well. |
| 10 | Place mixture in a baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray. |
| 11 | Bake 20 minutes. |
