Ingredients:

2 lbsPotatoes, peeled, very
-thinly sliced, divided
1/4 tbspGround pepper
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 425°F.
2In small bowl combine seasonings.
3Place 2 tablespoons melted "i can"t believe it"s not butter!" in 10" non-stick skillet.
4(if handle is not ovenproof, wrap with foil).
5Arrange a third of the potato slices in a circular pattern in skillet.
6Sprinkle with about ?teaspoon seasonings, 4 teaspoon melted "i can"t believe it"s not butter!" and 2 tablespoons onion.
7Repeat layers twice.
8Cover tightly with foil; press layers down.
9Bake 20 minutes.
10Uncover; bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
11Remove from oven, press layers down with a spatula.
12Let stand 10 minutes.
13Invert onto serving platter to unmold potatoes.
