| lbs | Potatoes, peeled, very | | | -thinly sliced, divided | | 1/4

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 425°F. | | 2 | In small bowl combine seasonings. | | 3 | Place 2 tablespoons melted "i can"t believe it"s not butter!" in 10" non-stick skillet. | | 4 | (if handle is not ovenproof, wrap with foil). | | 5 | Arrange a third of the potato slices in a circular pattern in skillet. | | 6 | Sprinkle with about ?teaspoon seasonings, 4 teaspoon melted "i can"t believe it"s not butter!" and 2 tablespoons onion. | | 7 | Repeat layers twice. | | 8 | Cover tightly with foil; press layers down. | | 9 | Bake 20 minutes. | | 10 | Uncover; bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. | | 11 | Remove from oven, press layers down with a spatula. | | 12 | Let stand 10 minutes. | | 13 | Invert onto serving platter to unmold potatoes. |
