1/2 cupCorn syrup
1 tbspCornstarch
1/4 cupVinegar
2 cupDiced cooked beets
Procedures:
1Combine margarine, syrup, cornstarch and vinegar.
2Boil 5 minutes.
3Add beets.
4Keep hot for 15 minutes, before serving to blend flavors.
