Grilled sweet potato wedges

Ingredients:
2 lbsMedium sweet potatoes, cut
--lengthwise into 6 wedges
2 tbspOlive oil
Salt and pepper
Large pinch cayenne pepper
Procedures:
1Light the grill.
2In a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, simmer the potatoes until almost tender, about 5 minutes.
3Drain, transfer to a large bowl and toss with the olive oil, salt, pepper and cayenne.
4Grill over moderate heat for about 15 mintues, turning, until tender and lightly charred.
5Serve warm
