Ingredients:
6 tbspButter, unsalted, room temp
1 tbspCilantro leaves, chopped
1/4 tspChili powder
1/8 tbspCumin, ground
8 ea Corn on cob With husks
Procedures:
1Combine the butter, cilantro, chili powder and cumin, set aside.
2Carefully peel back corn husks to within an inch of bottom of the cob.
3Discard the silks.
4Rub ears of corn evenly with the reserved butter mixture.
5Rewrap corn husks and tie at the top with kitchen string.
6Soak, covered, in cold water for 20 minutes.
7Preheat the grill to medium-high.
8Grill the corn 5 inches above the heat source for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
9Remove from the heat and serve.
