Ingredients:
3 cupGreen tomatoes, sliced
3 Eggs beaten
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 cupCottage cheese
1/2 tspOregano
Procedures:
1Brush bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan with oil.
2Arrange tomato slices in pie pan.
3In separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cottage cheese, and oregano.
4Slowly pour mixture over tomatoes.
5Bake at 375 °F.
