Ingredients:

| lbs | Green beans | | 1
| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 1
| small | Garlic clove, minced | | 2
| | Scallions, finely chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Pimento-stuffed green olives | | | Sliced | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | | Salt and pepper |

Procedures:
