| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 1/4
| cup | Chicken stock | | | -trimmed & blanched | | 2
| tbsp | Water | | | -rinsed and drained | | 1/2
| tsp | Fresh minced ginger | | 1/2
| lbs | Lean ground pork | | 1
| lbs | Chinese green beans | | 2
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 2
| tsp | Cornstarch |

Procedures:
