Ingredients:
1 tbspFermented black beans
1 tbspGarlic minced
1 tbspVegetable oil
1/4 cupChicken stock
-trimmed & blanched
2 tbspWater
-rinsed and drained
1/2 tspFresh minced ginger
1/2 lbsLean ground pork
1 lbsChinese green beans
2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tspCornstarch
Procedures:
1Recipe by: essence of emeril show in a small bowl, mash the black beans into the garlic and ginger.
2In a larg the oil and cook the pork, stirring occasionally until all the pink is gone the mashed fermented beans and stock, mix together and cook for 2 minutes.
3Mix together and cook for 3 more minutes.
4Meanwhile, in a bowl mix together tablespoons of water and cornstarch until they form a paste.
