1/4 cupLoosely packed fresh basil

3/4 tspCoarsely ground pepper
5 sliceWhole-wheat bread
2 Egg whites, lightly beaten
2 tbspWater
12 Boneless skinless chicken

3 ozProsciutto , (12 slices)
6 sliceSwiss-flavored 1/3-less-fat
-cheese -- halved
Vegetable cooking spray
Basil sprigs, (optional)
