3 sliceBacon -- diced
1 medOnion -- sliced
3 tbspSugar
2 tspCornstarch
3 tbspTarragon vinegar
1/2 cupSherry
Procedures:
1Saute bacon and onion.
2Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and wine.
3Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
4Pour over hot beans; serve
