Ingredients:
5 medPotatoes, peeled and diced
1 ~~~~~~~~~~sauce~~~~~~~~~~~~~
2 Onions, chopped
2 tbspMargarine
2 tbspFlour
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1 cupHalf and half
1 tbspMustard
1/2 cupMayo
4 sliceBacon, crumbled
Procedures:
1Cook potatoes until fork tender melt margarine in pan, cook onion.
2Sprinkle with flour, add salt and pepper.
3Slowly add cream.
4Stirring constantly until thickened.
5Remove from heat and cool slightly.
6Add mustard and mayo.
7Stir until well blended.
8Turn potatoes into slightly greased casserole.
9Cover with sauce.
10Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
11Sprinkle with bacon and serve.
