Ingredients:

| cup | Cornmeal | | 1/4
| each | Salt | | 1
| cup | Water, HOT (boiling) | | 3
| each | Eggs | | 1
| cup | Milk | | 3
| tbsp | Flour | | 3
| tbsp | Sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Scald cornmeal with hot water. | | 2 | Add ?cup milk. | | 3 | Mix flour sugar, salt and add to meal mixture. | | 4 | Add eggs-stir well. | | 5 | Add remaining ?cup milk and stir. | | 6 | Pour into greased 9x13 pan. | | 7 | Bake at 400 °F for 30 mins. |
