Ingredients:
125 gramsUnsalted butter
1 cupBrown sugar, firmly packe
2 eachEggs
1/4 cupCocoa
1 cupPlain flour
3/4 cupSelf-raising flour
50 gramsMilk chocolate, chopped
50 gramsWhite chocolate, chopped
60 gramsSlivered almonds
50 gramsDark chocolate, melted, e
50 gramsWhite chocolate, melted, ext
Procedures:
1Combine butter and sugar in small bowl, beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy, add cooled dark chocolate and eggs, beat until combined.
2Transfer mixture to large bowl, stir in sifted cocoa and flours in 2 batches, then milk and white chocolate and nuts.
3Drop heaped teaspoonsfuls of mixture about 5 cm apart onto lightly greased oven trays.
4Bake in moderate oven for about 10 minutes or until cookies feel firm but slightly soft in the center.
5Lift onto wire racks to cool.
6Drizzle or pipe with extra dark and white chocolate.
7Makes about 36.
