Ingredients:

| med | Onion, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Celery | | 2
| tbsp | Flour | | 1
| med | Green pepper | | 1/4
| cup | Fresh parsley | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 3
| cup | Cooked chicken | | 1/4
| cup | Margarine | | 1
| tbsp | Medium curry powder | | 14
| oz | Tomatoes/ ground tomatato | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1 1/2
| cup | Chicken stock * | | 1/3
| cup | Raisins |

Procedures:
| 1 | * i use bovril packets | | 2 | chop onion, seed & dice pepper, chop celery and dice chicken. | | 3 | Saute onion & celery in marg in large shallow pan. | | 4 | Saute til onion is soft, about 5 minutes. | | 5 | Stir in curry and flour, cook 1 minute. | | 6 | Add tomatoes, and green pepper, cook stirring often for 5 minutes. | | 7 | Stir in parsley, salt, pepper & broth. | | 8 | Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. | | 9 | Covered. | | 10 | Add chicken and raisins; heat through and serve over cooked rice. |
