Ingredients:
6 cupFlour
4 tspBaking Powder
1 tspSalt
1 smallCold boiled potato
1 tspSugar
Milk to mix
Procedures:
1Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
2Rub in potato.
3Add sufficient milk to make a soft smooth dough.
4(approx 1 pint) mix quickly and put into a greased loaf tin.

6Smooth top with a knife dipped in melted butter and bake immediately for ?- 1 hour at 400 degrees.
7When cooked take from tin and wrap in a bread cloth ( dish towel will do fine), until cold.
