Venison hor d'oeuvres

Ingredients:
-venison
-dry red wine
-salt & pepper, to taste
1 Bottle Wish bone Ital.Dsg
-Garlic, minced
-cooking oil
Procedures:
1Cut venison into finger-sized strips.
2Pour wine over meat and let marinate 1 hour.
3Drain and then cover with italian dressing.
4Let soak at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
5Drain.
6Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
7Put flour in brown paper bag.
8Drop in strips and shake to coat.
9Fry strips in hot oil until brown and crisp.
10Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
