Venison, kabobs
1/4 cupCranberry juice
1/4 cupOlive oil
1/4 tspFresh garlic
1/4 tspOnion salt
1/4 tspCelery salt
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1/4 tspSweet basil
1/8 tspGinger
Mushroom
Onions
Green peppers
Cherry tomatoes
Procedures:
1Recipe by: uncle buck"s venison, littleton, nh mix juice, oil and spices.
2Marinate the venison kabobs overnight or at least 4 hours in the refrigerat thread the kabob on skewers.
3Alternate skewered meat with mushrooms, onion and green peppers.
4Grill over hot fire for several minutes.
