| cup | Tapioca, quick | | 3
| cup | Water | | 3
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1
| dash | Salt | | 1
| cup | Coconut milk |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bring water to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. | | 2 | Stir in sugar and salt. | | 3 | Add tapioca and return to a boil. | | 4 | Stir in coconut milk. | | 5 | Reduce heat to low. | | 6 | Stir frequently to prevent sticking. | | 7 | Cook for 30 minutes or until thickened. | | 8 | Serve warm or cold. | | 9 | If serving cold, place in individual bowls while still warm. |
