Ingredients:
1/3 cupTapioca, quick
3 cupWater
3 tbspSugar
1 dashSalt
1 cupCoconut milk
Procedures:
1Bring water to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan.
2Stir in sugar and salt.
3Add tapioca and return to a boil.
4Stir in coconut milk.
5Reduce heat to low.
6Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
7Cook for 30 minutes or until thickened.
8Serve warm or cold.
9If serving cold, place in individual bowls while still warm.
