Ingredients:
5 largeEggs
1/2 cupSugar, brown
1 cupCoconut milk
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2Place rack in center of oven.
3Beat eggs, sugar, and coconut milk until frothy.
4Pour mixture into 8" by 8" baking dish or individual c. place in larger pan filled with hot water.
5Water should be halfway up the sides of baking dish.
6Bake 30-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
7Be careful not to overbake.
8If serving hot, spoon into dishes; if serving cold, allow mixture to cool before cutting into squares.
9Variation add ?c cooked rice to make rice pudding ~--
