Procedures:
| 1 | *** separate the egg, mix egg yolk, milk, sugar, tapioca, salt in sauce pan. | | 2 | Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils for 3 min. cool, stir in vanilla. | | 3 | Beat egg white until foamy, beating constantly. | | 4 | Add remaining sugar a little at a time. | | 5 | Beat egg white until stiff, fold beaten egg white into pudding. | | 6 | Chill and serve. |
