Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 cupMilk
1 tbspSugar
1 tbspTapioca
1/8 tbspSalt
1/2 tbspVanilla
2 tbspSugar
Procedures:
1*** separate the egg, mix egg yolk, milk, sugar, tapioca, salt in sauce pan.
2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils for 3 min. cool, stir in vanilla.
3Beat egg white until foamy, beating constantly.
4Add remaining sugar a little at a time.
5Beat egg white until stiff, fold beaten egg white into pudding.
6Chill and serve.
