| tsp | Ground cinnamon | | | Ds Dash salt | | | Ds Dash ground nutmeg | | | Additional sugar, cinnamon | | | -and nutmeg optional | | | Whipped cream, optional |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large bowl, pour milk over bread. | | 2 | Add sugar, eggs, butter, dates, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; stir to mix well. | | 3 | Pour into a greased 13-in. | | 4 | X 9-in. | | 5 | X 2-in. | | 6 | Baking dish. | | 7 | If desired, sprinkle top with additional sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. | | 8 | Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted near the center comes ut clean. | | 9 | Serve warm with whipped cream if desired. |
