Ingredients:

| slice | Whole wheat bread, toasted | | 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 1
| cup | Raw grated carrots | | 1/2
| cup | Raisins | | 3
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1
| | Egg, separated | | 1
| tbsp | Butter | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
