Procedures:
| 1 | Ome pound of rice, 3 quarts milk, 8 eggs, 4 oz. butter, 6 oz. sugar, a few bitter almonds and some saffron. | | 2 | Boil the rice in the milk "till a little soft, then add the butter & sugar and stir "till well mixed. | | 3 | When cold add the other ingredients and bake it. |
