Ingredients:
1 lbsRice
3 quartMilk
8 Eggs
4 ozButter
6 ozSugar
Few bitter almonds
Some saffron
Procedures:
1Ome pound of rice, 3 quarts milk, 8 eggs, 4 oz. butter, 6 oz. sugar, a few bitter almonds and some saffron.
2Boil the rice in the milk "till a little soft, then add the butter & sugar and stir "till well mixed.
3When cold add the other ingredients and bake it.
