Moroccan chicken with olives

Ingredients:
1/4 cupCilantro
1 tbspPaprika
2 tspCumin
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspTurmeric
1/2 tspGinger
2 Cloves garlic
3 1/2 lbsChicken, cut up
1/3 cupFlour
1/2 cupWater
1/4 cupLemon juice
1 tspChicken bouillon
1/2 cupKalamata or greek olives
1 Lemon, sliced
Procedures:
1Mix cilantro, paprika, cumin, salt, turmeric, ginger and garlic.
2Rub mixture on all sides of chicken.
3Coat with flour.
4Place chicken in ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
5Mix water, lemon juice and bouillon.
6Pour over chicken.
7Add olives and lemon slices.
8Cook uncovered at 350 degrees spooning juices over chicken occasionally, until thickest pieces of chicken are done, about 1 hour.
9Serve with couscous or rice if desired.
