| can | White beans -- (cannellini) | | | Drained | | | Tomatoes -- (whole) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. | | 2 | Brown the chicken for 10 minutes on each side. | | 3 | Add the onion and saute for about 2 minutes; drain excess liquid. | | 4 | In a medium-sized bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and add to the chicken. | | 5 | Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, until the chicken is tender and cooked through |
