Chicken stock

Stewing chickens, cooked

Jars pimento

Eggs
Salt to taste
Paprika

Light cream
Procedures:

Melt butter.

Add flour and milk to make creamy broth.

Thin down with chicken stock until like a thick cream.

Add pimento to cream gravy; stir in chicken lightly.

Beat eggs thoroughly; stir into mixture.

Just before serving, add 1 cup light cream.

Serve in pepperidge farm patty shells or noodle nests or holland rusks or english muffins.
