Ingredients:

| | Whole chicken | | 1
| cup | Broth (hot) | | 1
| cup | Milk | | 1
| can | Cream of chicken soup | | 1
| small | Can chopped green chilies | | 1
| tsp | Garlic salt | | | Salt and pepper to taste | | 12
| | Corn tortillas | | | Oil | | | Shredded cheddar cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Boil chicken. | | 2 | Remove from bones. | | 3 | Reserve 1 cup of broth. | | 4 | Add can of soup to the hot broth and stir until dissolved. | | 5 | Add milk, green chilies and spices. | | 6 | Heat oil in skillet. | | 7 | Quick fry tortillas in hot oil just until soft (quickly place in hot oil, turn over and drain on paper towels). | | 8 | Heat oven to 450 . | | 9 | Place tortilla in casserole pan, fill with chicken mixture, roll and place seam side down. | | 10 | Line pan with filled tortillas. | | 11 | Spread left over chicken mixture on top. | | 12 | Spread cheese on top. | | 13 | Bake in 450 oven until cheese melts and is bubbly. | | 14 | Let cool slightly before serving. |
