Ingredients:
1 Whole chicken
1 cupBroth (hot)
1 cupMilk
1 canCream of chicken soup
1 smallCan chopped green chilies
1 tspGarlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
12 Corn tortillas
Oil
Shredded cheddar cheese
Procedures:
1Boil chicken.
2Remove from bones.
3Reserve 1 cup of broth.
4Add can of soup to the hot broth and stir until dissolved.
5Add milk, green chilies and spices.
6Heat oil in skillet.
7Quick fry tortillas in hot oil just until soft (quickly place in hot oil, turn over and drain on paper towels).
8Heat oven to 450 .
9Place tortilla in casserole pan, fill with chicken mixture, roll and place seam side down.
10Line pan with filled tortillas.
11Spread left over chicken mixture on top.
12Spread cheese on top.
13Bake in 450 oven until cheese melts and is bubbly.
14Let cool slightly before serving.
