Ingredients:
3 Whole chicken breasts, split
Boned and skinned
2 tbspVegetable oil
1 can15 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cupPicante sauce
4 tspCocoa, unsweetened
1 tspGround cumin
1 tspOregano leaves, crushed
1/2 tspGarlic salt
Dash of gound cloves
Nutmeg and allspice
Procedures:
1Pound chicken to ?inch thickness (if desired).
2Lightly brown in oil in large skillet; drain.
3Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
4Pour over chicken in skillet.
5Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
6Remove chicken to serving platter and keep warm.
7Cook and stir sauce until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes and spoon over chicken.
