Ingredients:

2		Eggs, slightly beaten
1/4	cup	Milk
2 1/2	cup	Cornflake crumbs (crushed
		-but not pulverized)
2	tsp	Salt
1/2	tsp	Freshly ground pepper
1		Chicken (3 lbs), cut up
5	tbsp	Butter, melted
