Mexican salsa chicken

Ingredients:
2 eachWhole no bone, no skin breast
1/3 cupFlour
1/8 tspGarlic powder
1/8 tspPaprika
1/2 tspChili powder
3 tbspOil
1/4 cupSalsa
4 ozShredded Mont Jack cheese
Procedures:
1Pound chicken ?inch thick.
2In shallow dish combine flour, garlic powder, paprika and chili powder.
3Coat chicken with flour mixture.
4Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat.
5Cook in oil 3-4 mins each side until lightly browned and no longer pink.
6Reduce heat, spoon 1t of salsa onto center of each piece of chicken.
7Sprinkle with cheese.
8Cover and cook until cheese melts.
9Serve with additional salsa.
10Makes 4 servings.
