Ingredients:

| each | Whole no bone, no skin breast | | 1/3
| cup | Flour | | 1/8
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/8
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/2
| tsp | Chili powder | | 3
| tbsp | Oil | | 1/4
| cup | Salsa | | 4
| oz | Shredded Mont Jack cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Pound chicken ?inch thick. | | 2 | In shallow dish combine flour, garlic powder, paprika and chili powder. | | 3 | Coat chicken with flour mixture. | | 4 | Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat. | | 5 | Cook in oil 3-4 mins each side until lightly browned and no longer pink. | | 6 | Reduce heat, spoon 1t of salsa onto center of each piece of chicken. | | 7 | Sprinkle with cheese. | | 8 | Cover and cook until cheese melts. | | 9 | Serve with additional salsa. | | 10 | Makes 4 servings. | | 11 | Rice makes a nice addition to this |
