Pasta sauce (lee towe)

Ingredients:
4 cupSliced common white
Mushrooms
2 cupCourse chopped onion
1/4 cupWater or vege broth
1 tbspRosted garlic paste
3 tbspNutritonal yeast
1 tbspCornstarch
1 tbspGrated parmesian cheese
Procedures:
1I used a medium stir fry pan on medium high heat.
2Dust pan very lightly with cooking spray.
3Saute onions until tender.
4Remove from pan.
5Add mushrooms and satue until the mushrooms sweat and create a liquid.
6Add the onions, garlic, water, yeast and cheese, and bring to a boil.
7Blend the cornstarch with a couple tablespoons of *cold* water, and pour into the pan to thicken the sauce.
8Toss with pasta of choice and then sprinke servings with a little nutritional yeast.
9If you like a little more liquid, just increase the amount of water or broth you add in
