Pasta with spicy broccoli rabe and raisins

Ingredients:
2 bunchBroccoli rabe (1 lbs each)
Ends tripped off and cut
Across into 1inch peices
1 lbsPenne or whole wheat pasta
4 tspVeggie stock
6 tbspRaisins
8 Cloves garlic (peeled and
Minced)
4 tbspWater
1/2 tspDried red pepper flakes
2 tspFresh lemon juice
2 tspSalt
1 eachFreshly ground pepper
Procedures:
1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil.
2Add the broccoli and blanch for 1 minute.
3Drain and pat dry.
4Bring another large pot of slated water to the boil.
5Add pasta and cook until al dente.
6Meanwhile, heat 2 teaspoons of the veggie stock in a large nonstick skillet over med. heat.
7Add the raisins and cooks, tossing frequently, until lightly "toasted".
8Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly for 30 seconds.
9Add the broccoli, the water and the red pepper and cook until tender (about 5 min) drain the pasta and add the broccoli, the remaining veggie stock, the lemon juice, salt and peeper to taste.
10Toss combine.
11Divide about 4 plates and serve.
