Ingredients:
1 (5-7 lb.) turkey breast
-thawed
1 cupApple cider vinegar
1/4 cupVegetable oil
2 tbspSalt
2 tbspCourse-ground black pepper
1 tbspFine-ground black pepper
Procedures:
1Put turkey breast in reynolds roasting bag (large size) and place in a shallow roasting pan.
2Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour mixture over turkey breast.
3Seal bag and make 6 (?inch) cuts in the bag.
4Bake at 300 °F for 4-5 hours.
5Remove excess fat from marinade.
6Serve marinade with turkey
