Ingredients:
8 ozNoodles -- wide
1 tbspVegetable oil
1 lbsTurkey or chicken, boneless
Cut into strips
Salt and pepper
14 1/2 ozPasta style chunky tomatoes
1 canCream of celery soup
1 Onion -- chopped
2 Celery stalks -- sliced
1 cupMushrooms -- sliced
Procedures:
1Cook noodles according to pkg.
2Directions; drain and reserve.
3In large skillet over med. high heat, heat oil.
4Add turkey and cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring often.
5Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium.
7Cover and cook 5 minutes.
8Uncover; cook 5 min. longer or til thickened, stirring occasionally.
9Serve over cooked noodles.
