| cup | Maple syrup | | | Freshly cooked rice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Combine flour and salt in shallow dish. | | 3 | Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess. | | 4 | Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium-low heat. | | 5 | Add mushrooms and saute until tender, about 4 minutes. | | 6 | Remove with slotted spoon; keep warm. | | 7 | Increase heat to medium-high. | | 8 | Add chicken and onion and cook until chicken is browned and onion is tender, turning chicken once, about 4 minutes per side. | | 9 | Transfer to 1 ?quart baking dish. | | 10 | Top with mushrooms. | | 11 | Pour maple syrup evenly over mushrooms. | | 12 | Bake until heated through, about 30 minutes. | | 13 | Serve immediately over rice. | | 14 | bon appetit |
