Ingredients:
1/2 can(7-?oz) tomatoes
3/4 cupSliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cupChopped onion
1/4 cupChopped green pepper
3 tbspDry red wine
1 Clove garlic -- minced
1/2 tspDried oregano -- crushed
1/4 tspSalt
Ds Pepper
2 medWhole chicken breasts
Skinned -- boned & split
Paprika
2 tspCornstarch
2 tbspCold water
4 ozSpaghetti -- cooked
Procedures:
1In a medium skillet cut up the undrained tomatoes.
2Add mushrooms, onions, green pepper, wine, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper.
3Place chicken pieces on the tomato mixture in skillet.
4Bring to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
5Keep warm.
6Combine cornstarch & cold water; stir into a skillet mixture.
7Cook and stir until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
8Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
9Arrange chicken and spaghetti on platter; spoon sauce over chicken.
