Ingredients:
1/3 cupLow-fat plain yogurt
1 tspDried rosemary, crumbled
1/2 tspGrated lemon rind
1 cupFresh bread crumbs
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
4 Chicken breasts, boneless
-skinless
Procedures:
1In shallow dish, stir together yogurt, rosemary and lemon rind; set aside.
2In separate shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
3dip each breast into yogurt mixture, then into bread crumb mixture to coat.
4Place on greased baking sheet; bake in 350f 180c oven for about 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
5Broil for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
