Lemony ginger chicken

Ingredients:
2 Boneless skinless chicken
Breasts
1 Garlic
1/2 tspGinger
2 tbspUnbleached flour
1/4 tspGinger
1/8 tspSalt
1/8 tspBlack pepper
1 tspOlive oil
1 tbspWater
1 tspBrown sugar
2 Thin
Clove -- minced
Lemon -- slices
Procedures:
1Preheat oven at 350.
2Prepare a baking pan lined with foil with cooking spray.
3Combine lemon juice, garlic, and ?teaspoon ginger in a small bowl; pour over chicken.
4Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
5Remove chicken from marinade and dry with paper towel; reserve marinade.
6Combine flour, ?teaspoon ginger, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag.
7Put chicken in flour mixture; shake gently to coat.
8Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
9Cook chicken in oil until brown on both sides.
10Place chicken on prepared baking pan.
11Combine 2 tablespoons reserved marinade and 1 tablespoon water; pour over chicken.
12Spoon brown sugar on top of chicken pieces; place a lemon slice on top of sugar.
13Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
