Lemon mustard chicken

Ingredients:
4 largeChicken breasts, boned
1 cupLemonade
3 tbspWhole grain mustard
1/4 cupFresh bread crumbs
1/4 cupPecans or walnuts, chopped
1 Egg, beaten
Sunflower oil for frying
3 To 4 - tsp walnut oil
SAUCE:
1 1/2 tbspFlour
1/2 cupChicken broth
1/4 cupHeavy cream
2 tspWhole grain mustard
Procedures:

3marinate breasts in lemonade for one hour.
4Drain and reserve lemonade for sauce.
5Pat breasts dry and coat with mustard.
6Combine bread crumbs and nuts.
7Dip chicken breasts into beaten egg and then into bread crumb- nut mixture.
8Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
9heat ? sunflower oil in frying pan; add walnut oil.
10Fry chicken 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
11When cooked, put on serving platter; keep warm.
12pour all but 1 ?tbsp oil from pan.
13Stir in flour and cook about 1 minute.
14Add reserved lemonade and broth.
15Cook down rapidly to about ?cup.
16Add cream, stirring constantly, and strain into saucepan.
17Heat well and swirl in mustard.
18Season to taste.
19Pour over chicken and serve.
20Serves 4.
