| cup | Butter Or Regular Margarine | | 1/2
| cup | Vegetable Oil | | 1 3/4
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| large | Eggs | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla Extract | | 1/2
| cup | Buttermilk | | 2
| cup | Zucchini, Unpeeled, Grated | | 6
| oz | Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips | | 3/4
| cup | Walnuts, Chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; set aside. | | 2 | Cream together the butter, oil, and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, using an electric mixer at medium speed. | | 3 | Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. | | 4 | Blend in vanilla extract. | | 5 | Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk to creamed mixture, beating well after each addition. | | 6 | Stir in zucchini. | | 7 | Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. | | 8 | Sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts. | | 9 | Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for 55 minutes or until cake tests done. | | 10 | Cool in pan on rack. | | 11 | Cut into squares and serve. |
