White chocolate creme brulee

Ingredients:
5 largeEgg yolks
1/2 cupSugar
2 cupWhipping cream
3 ozWhite chocolate - imported
-finely chopped
1/4 tspVanilla extract
2 tbspSugar
Procedures:

3position rack in center of oven and preheat to 300°F.
4Whisk egg yolks and ?cup sugar in medium bowl.
5Bring cream and remaining ?cup sugar to simmer in heavy medium saucepan.
6Reduce heat to low.
7Gradually add chopped chocolate to cream mixture and whisk until smooth.
8Gradually whisk hot chocolate mixture into yolk mixture.
9Mix in vanilla.
10ladle custard into four 10-oz.
11Custard cups (or creme brulee cups).
12Place cups in large baking pan.
13Add enough hot water to pan to come halfway up sides of cups.
14Bake until custards are set in center, about 1 hour.
15Remove custards from water and cool.
16Cover and refrigerate overnight.
17preheat broiler.
18Sprinkle ?tablespoon sugar over each custard.
19Broil until sugar caramelizes, watching carefully, about 2 minutes.
20Serve hot, or refrigerate up to 1 hour and serve cold.
