Ingredients:

| lbs | Sirloin steak | | 1
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 1
| | Clove garlic | | 1
| med | Onion, cut in wedges | | 10 3/4
| oz | Cream of broccoli soup | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 1
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 2
| cup | Broccoli flowerets | | | Hot cooked noodles |

Procedures:
| 1 | Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips. | | 2 | In a skillet over medium high heat, in hot oil, cook beef and garlic until beef is browned. | | 3 | Add onion. | | 4 | Cook 5 minutes, stirring often. | | 5 | Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. | | 6 | Heat to boiling. | | 7 | Add broccoli, reduce heat to low. | | 8 | Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. | | 9 | Serve over hot noodles. | | 10 | Makes 4 servings. | | 11 | Note: to make slicing beef easier, freeze for one before cutting |
