Ingredients:

| cup | Butter, sweet | | 3 1/2
| oz | Chocolate, unsweetened | | 3
| tbsp | Cocoa, dark unsweetened | | 1 1/2
| cup | Flour, all-purpose | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking powdere | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 4
| | Eggs | | 2
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | 1
| cup | Chocolate chips |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Melt butter with unsweetened chocolate in the top of a double boiler, stirring occasionally. | | 3 | Set aside to cool. | | 4 | Sift together the cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. | | 5 | Beat eggs until creamy, then gradually add sugar, beating constantly. | | 6 | Add vanilla and cooled chocolate-butter mixture. | | 7 | Stir in dry ingredients just until combined. | | 8 | Spread batter in buttered 9" x 13" pan. | | 9 | Sprinkle chips over surface. | | 10 | Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until center no longer jiggles when shaken. | | 11 | Cool, then cut into 32 pieces. | | 12 | ---*dying for chocolate* diane mott davidson |
