Ingredients:
1 cupButter, sweet
3 1/2 ozChocolate, unsweetened
3 tbspCocoa, dark unsweetened
1 1/2 cupFlour, all-purpose
1/2 tspBaking powdere
1 tspSalt
4 Eggs
2 cupSugar
1 tspVanilla extract
1 cupChocolate chips
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Melt butter with unsweetened chocolate in the top of a double boiler, stirring occasionally.
3Set aside to cool.
4Sift together the cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt.
5Beat eggs until creamy, then gradually add sugar, beating constantly.
6Add vanilla and cooled chocolate-butter mixture.
7Stir in dry ingredients just until combined.
8Spread batter in buttered 9" x 13" pan.
9Sprinkle chips over surface.
10Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until center no longer jiggles when shaken.
11Cool, then cut into 32 pieces.
