Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsChuck or round steak
1 packOnion soup mix
3 eachMedium carrots
3 eachMedium potatoes
2 tbspButter
Procedures:
1Tear off enough foil to completely cover meat and vegetables.
2Place meat in center of foil on cookie sheet.
3Spread onion soup mix on top.
4Place chunks of pared carrots and potatoes on meat.
5Dot with butter.
6Seal foil around entire thing to hold in meat juices.
7Bake at 350 °F for 1 to 1 ?hours until vegetables are soft.
8The meat juices may be used to make a delicious gravy.
9Serves 4
