Ingredients:
1/4 cupNo-fat/lowfat sour cream
1/4 cupNo fat/low fat mayonnaisse
1 tspSpicey mustard
1 tbspLemon juice
1 pinchRed pepper flakes.
Procedures:
1Mix the above ingredients in the top of a double boiler (adding lemon juice last and slowly).
2Heat thoroughly about 15 minutes or until completely mixed.
3You can control the taste by experimenting with different types of mustard.
4More pepper flakes will give the dish a rewardingly healthful twang
