Ingredients:

| cup | No-fat/lowfat sour cream | | 1/4
| cup | No fat/low fat mayonnaisse | | 1
| tsp | Spicey mustard | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| pinch | Red pepper flakes. |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix the above ingredients in the top of a double boiler (adding lemon juice last and slowly). | | 2 | Heat thoroughly about 15 minutes or until completely mixed. | | 3 | You can control the taste by experimenting with different types of mustard. | | 4 | More pepper flakes will give the dish a rewardingly healthful twang |
