Ingredients:
1 canGarbanzo beans
1 4-oz can chopped green
Chilies
1/4 cupBottled no-fat barbecue
Sauce (I used Healthy Choice
Ickory)
1 tbspGround cumin
1 tbspMinced garlic
Procedures:
1Rinse and drain garbanzo beans.
2Puree with remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender.
3Cover and chill at least one day.
4Makes 2 cups
