2 cupTomato sauce, low-sodium
1 tbspParsley, flakes
1/4 tspDried basil
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1 tbspSoy sauce, low sodium
1/2 tspGround cumin
1/2 cupWhole-wheat macaroni, uncook
4 Corn tortillas, torn bite-si
Procedures:
1Preparation time: 1:50 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2Cook the lentils, onion, carrot, and green pepper in the water for 30 minutes.
3Add the tomato sauce and seasonings to the pot and cook for 30 minutes longer.
4Stir in the elbow macaroni and torn-up tortillas.
